Debenhams - Blackburn

Was very happy today. chloe served me today and she has sincerely surpassed every piece of my expectations. I was quite confused as this was my first time here (I normally place in another fragrance shop) she literally made me so comfortable and welcome. debehnams is sure to hire the best people.

One of my favourite store to do my shopping. I like Debenhams children clothes and all the beauty and fragrance. Staff is very friendly and helpful always serve quickly. They always suggest what is better for you. Some stuff is expensive but you have that peace of mind that you not wasting your money for any untrusted company. Love to buy sale stuff from Debenhams, I always look for bargains.

It's a shame that Debenhams has closed its stores. I remember visiting there as a child; it was always clean and tidy. It was a great place to shop for gifts because you could find everything from homeware to hardware, and from clothing to aftershaves.

I absolutely love this place! They cater to both men and women, and there are always opportunities to try out new products. I missed a rehearsal the other week, but I went back to see if I could catch up, and a gentleman there was incredibly helpful; he even noticed I had missed a few face creams. Around Christmas, I bought gifts for the ladies in my family, and a wonderful staff member assisted me with a lot of samples and gift boxes. Just last week, I was looking for some makeup, and another lovely lady was extremely helpful in finding the perfect colors for me. She even threw in some freebies! The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating.

The atmosphere was fantastic and the environment was very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. It was also a nice touch to have Chase from Lego present, which was a hit with the kids!
