Absolutely terrible service disappointed in this business

Took two hours for delivery phone and shop was closed when finally showed up food was burnt and not all order there

Just got a delivery from this place, £20 on a couple of rubber cheesecakes. Phoned the shop to ask why I had been given a cadburys flake chocolate cake, rather than the cheesecake that I ordered, her response was that they'd run out, ok no biggie but when I went on to mention that the 2 cheesecakes I had received, looked very small and rubbery. She replied that they had been told to keep cheesecakes at a minus 0 temperature, essentially freezing them to make them last longer but insisted that if I were to just leave them lying for a few hours they will be fine. No thanks doll. She offered 10% off my next order but I'll pass on that one.

Absolutely disgraceful, paid by card at 20:49 and it is now 22:39 after phoning them at 22:00 and they tell us it's just out the door still hasn't arrived and they are now shut. Not happy with this service and will NOT be ordering from here again!!
