Michu Korean Charcoal Bbq

On Saturday afternoon, we decided to try out a Korean BBQ restaurant in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We were able to make a reservation at this place, which seemed perfect for our romantic mood. We were looking forward to a relaxed environment where we could enjoy a few drinks and some delicious dishes. Opting for the Premium plate, we found ourselves unable to finish the generous portions of chicken, shrimp, and pork, taking home the leftovers in a container. Some dishes could have used a bit more spice, but the staff happily provided salt and pepper upon request. We noticed that a Korean family seated near us opted for a la carte instead of the banquet, which was interesting. Our choice of Calamari and Tofu as sides for the ducks proved to be a bit too much with the meat that followed. Despite this, the Calamari was well-cooked and a decent portion. In terms of pricing, this restaurant was below average compared to others in the area, costing us about $75 per person including drinks. The service was friendly and we had a good time, although the chairs were not very comfortable and the door opening suddenly was a bit unnerving.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed with the great service. The meat was cooked at the table and it was done to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the tasty pork and chicken, along with a beautiful side salad. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This restaurant is a lovely spot for a Friday evening meal. The design of the place is impressive and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is highly skilled and provides exceptional customer service.

Cool night ....bbq meat and soy is the best adjustment!!! Michu is my recommendation..... $150 For 3 persons with Entree/ Wagyu beef/chicken/seafood .... Beautiful staff, will be back!

Visited with a family of friends. It was a good night out. Friendly staff kept the food coming at a suitable pace and it was good. It was a Saturday night and it was full but not noisy. The vibe was relaxed and take your...time. I would recommend this place.
