Hardeez Great Kickin' Chicken

As a support worker, myself and another staff member have visited here twice with a young gentlemen with Autism. The service of the male behind the counter was disgraceful, he definitely needs lessons in customer service skills. And then to make the experience even worse on both occasions, whilst sitting upstairs eating lunch, we have been able to hear the male behind the counter loudly clearing his throat! Unprofessional and unhygienic!! Also, the walls have food all over them which clearly aren't cleaned as they were like this the first time we visited. The food however is Nice, it's just a shame about the staff and the cleanliness!

I frequent this restaurant often, but there are probably better options available. The food can be inconsistent, with some dishes being great and hot while others, like the chips, can be cold. However, they are usually fast with delivery.

The gravy was like greasy washing up water thin and greasy vowed never to go there again in my life vile greasy chicken soggy chips

I called to ask about the burger special, and the person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional.

On Saturday night, we enjoyed a delicious meal at this restaurant. Our order was perfectly prepared and the food was excellent. It was a truly remarkable experience, especially in comparison to our previous night at Arizona Joes in Bolton. The staff was incredibly polite, a rare gem in restaurants like this.
