Mcdonald's - Blackburn with Darwen

I do not recommend this restaurant. This is the fourth time I have been and each time they have gotten my order wrong. The staff is rude and I am surprised that the management has not addressed this issue. The ratings are consistently low and yet nothing seems to change.

I visit this restaurant every evening for 3 hours. There is nothing wrong with the food or atmosphere, it is a great place to chill. The only downside is that some of the fruit machines are a little noisy, which can disrupt your relaxation. Despite this, I still highly recommend visiting here.

I'm here as I write, just popped in for a quick bite, the machine had a faulty printer so was unaware of my order number. Finally a staff member came to fix the printer and I asked if I could retrieve the last receipt, without looking at me the arrogant young woman handed me a full Reem of failed receipts with a derisory look as if I wasn't good enough to even talk to her disgusting ,to make matters worse she looked as if she's a manager or team leader. TOTAL AIR HEAD full of her own self importance.. ugly to the bone. The young girl who served yhe food should be promoted and the other sacked.

Absolutely disgusting management , the way they treat their younger employees is shocking and there’s no hygiene whatsoever in the kitchen area. Food is always cold and poorly presented. Needs burning down.

The staff they employ here at night are simply awful 3 times first time ordered a meal and got home to find no fries 2nd time no sauce (I can get by on that one) 3rd time Italian Stack with large fries got home and small fires How hard is it really?? Don't waste your time
