Mcdonald's Restaurants

I have no idea why this place gets such long ques but it takes a royal age to get served then it's by people who are half asleep, touching their face and have a micro-managing team leader on a power trip. There was food remnants...on the tables showing they had not been wiped all day and the toilets were such a mess it wasn't worth risking catching something unpleasant. I will NEVER walk in that building again.

Came to the whitebirk branch on the December for dinner. We ordered our food using the self serve. My husband we t to sit and I went to get napkins. As I was getting the napkins there were a few staff members behind the...counter stood where the made burgers are. One of the blonde girls opened the box's and lifted the top bun and said to the other staff members this looks good, and they were all laughing. This is terrible messing around with someone's food. I'm so glad it wasn't my burger. As soon as a woman entered the back Area (I'm presuming a manager), the girl quickly closed the burger box. Totally disgusted with this, it makes you wonder what else they do.

Gone downhill since this new set up. Still good food, but doesn't really fill you up! Great variety to choose from. Mochas are delicious and food. Portion sizes are quite small and service isn't great. Some staff are quite rude.

When we arrived, we were informed that we needed to wait in line to order at the counter. However, there was no employee present where the line was supposed to be. The restaurant seemed chaotic and disorganized. I do not plan on returning to this McDonald's anytime soon.

The service at this restaurant was fast, the staff was pleasant, and the food was excellent. I only waited a few minutes for my order to be brought to me at the table I had chosen, which is impressive for a Saturday when most tables were reserved. I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and am an expert on cheeseburgers. The taste of my cheeseburger was just as delicious as it has always been over the years. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff takes extra precautions to ensure a safe dining experience. The team at this restaurant in Blackburn Town does excellent work, and I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!
