Buster's Pizza Donair - Blackfalds

Great pizza! We ordered for a large family gathering, and it arrived in under an hour. The chicken ranch pizza was really delicious! The gluten-free option was impressive—definitely not like cardboard, and it had plenty of toppings. The donair was also excellent. The BBQ chicken pizza was decent but could use a bit more sauce. The dough was cooked just enough, although it was almost undercooked. There wasn't too much crust, and the topping coverage was spot on. I would definitely order from here again!

Now, fast forward to today when we tried to use that credit for the replacement pizzas. We were informed that prices had increased and we would need to pay an extra $5. While $5 isn’t a lot for two pizzas, that's beside the point. The real issue is that we were sold pizzas and garlic bread that smelled moldy, and only the pizzas were offered for replacement, but then we were told we had to pay more due to a price increase. This experience reflects poorly on their customer service and is frankly unacceptable to sell food with such an unpleasant odor.

The quality of food at this restaurant is quite inconsistent. Some days I’ll enjoy a fantastic poutine or donair, while just a few days later, I may end up with a soggy, flavorless poutine and a disappointing donair. The portion sizes are also hit or miss; one day I’ll receive a generous serving of donair meat in my poutine—so much that the box barely closes (which I don’t mind; I love the donair meat poutine). Then, on another day, I’m lucky to find just three small pieces of donair meat, despite having to pay a significant extra charge for it. You’d expect better consistency for the price.

Ordered tonight. Took over an hour to get our food when we were told 30 minutes. Food arrived luke warm and we were missing part of our order. When the driver was asked about the missing part of the order he said he would ?try? and make it back here with it tonight. I hope he does as we paid for everything. Very disappointed.
