Mugs Coffee House - Blackfalds

Forget the big chains, this place has a super variety of hot and cold drinks, friendly staff, and is a popular spot to visit with friends.

Our visit to Mugs was enjoyable. We decided to grab a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The soup was delicious, and we loved the warm cheese biscuit that came with it. The cafe was roomy, with tables nicely spaced out for comfort. The staff was polite and attentive when taking our order and serving us.

I have to echo the sentiments of the previous review. The staff at this restaurant were unfriendly and haughty. Although our lunch was decent, it wasn't worth the unpleasant experience. It's disappointing that they treat customers this way, especially since the only other coffee shop nearby is Tim Hortons. I usually prefer supporting local businesses, but in this situation, I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.

From the sign in the bathroom warning you it is only for customers, to the grunts of the servers, to the overpriced drinks, I will not rush back here. The coffee shop is clean and if does have wifi, but that is about all it has going for it.

We were in Didsbury on business and went to this wonderful little coffee house/resturant. It was so enjoyable, great food and a combination of friendly locals.Just loved the lay out and decor. All around great menu and a very pleasant dining experience. Will we go again, oh yes.
