I believe it is part of the Carousel Bar, although I am not entirely sure about that. Regardless, the Carousel looked absolutely amazing. It is truly eye-catching, impeccably maintained, and shielded from the elements by a glass canopy. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing it and it enhanced our experience of walking down North Pier. I highly recommend checking it out if you are visiting Blackpool.
This may have to be my most favourite place in Blackpool ! The setting, the music, the gents and ladies behind the bar ! Perfection all the time !! On our week away, we came in twice , lots to keep kids entertained and me! Was dancing with the staff and having a great laugh ! Really made our days!
Located at the very end of the North Pier, this bar is a great spot to support businesses on the pier. Despite not having a drinks menu, a friendly young lady helped us select a wine. While we enjoyed the view, the bar and outside areas could use some care.
My wife and I took a stroll up the North pier and decided to stop for some drinks at the Carousel bar. It was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view of the sea. We also had the option to listen to a musician playing the organ next door, truly capturing the essence of the seaside experience.
Located at the end of Blackpool’s oldest Victorian built North Pier (reviewed separately). Visited the Carousel Bar on a dull drizzly day. Spacious interior, part wood panelled glass roof, carpeted floor. Large model aeroplanes hang from the ceiling. Walls decorated with oars, life belts suchlike paraphernalia. Round tables chairs well spaced. Pool table, gaming machines etc. Well stocked bar. Large windows offering great views back towards Blackpool Tower. Toilets fully tiled in maroon cream, vanity sinks with mirrors there over. They were clean, tidy fit for purpose. Only one member of staff working at the time of our visit perhaps the lack of customers, no atmosphere, miserable weather, cold interior, water leaking in from the glass sections of the roof soaking some tables, chairs carpeting made for an unenjoyable visit. I doubt a further visit to Blackpool let alone this venue is on any future agenda.
