Italian Star - Blackpool

I ordered the burgers and pizza combo, but both the burgers and pizza had a strange taste. I requested a cheese pizza but received a pepperoni instead. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered the chicken family bucket from this restaurant and it was completely burnt, as if someone had used a flamethrower on it. I will not be spending money there again.

We ordered takeout and were disappointed with the food. The fried chicken was overcooked and the jacket potato was hard. Overall, the quality was poor and we would not order from this restaurant again.

We ordered the offer number 3. The kebab meals were fully loaded. Really good value and extremely tasty. Our daughter really enjoyed her burger and chips. The pizza looks fantastic but haven't found room for it yet. Really good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Ordered 16 inch margerita at 10pm, payed £18.60 for it with add ons, 11pm I was marked as delivered. Calling at 11:15pm to find out what's the problem,gave all my details, someone apologised and promised redelivery in ASAP. Considering it wasn't the busiest period of time they just ignored me and what's the most bizarre about it is my friend didn't eat all day when I ordered it, and she was waiting to have at least slice of it before bed, going to sleep hungry. This situation describes the most what sort of people you dealing with! No emphaty and no respect! Do your math and void this place at any cost!
