Feedback gevenAfter about 10 minutes, I finally confirmed my order, only to discover that the Chicken Fries—which I thought were complimentary—actually came with an additional charge. I opted to remove that item and just go with the two burgers I initially wanted. Following that, I was asked to park around the corner and wait because my food wasn't ready yet. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes, feeling increasingly overlooked. During this time, my wife and I observed as several cars that had arrived after us received their meals and drove away satisfied. Frustrated, I decided to go inside and check on my order. The drive-thru staff didn’t acknowledge our lengthy wait, and when I brought up the delay, it was clear they were unaware of the status of our order. In total, we waited about 45 minutes for our food, and it might have taken even longer if I hadn't stepped in to inquire. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but waiting longer than one typically does at a sit-down restaurant is simply unacceptable.
