Lovely fish and chip shop with very friendly staff. The fish and chips were tasty and were very fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Delicious fish and chips. Always a good sign when a local chippy is busy, but well worth the wait. Great selection of other traditional chip shop food, but the haddock was excellent.

This a proper old fashioned in a good way traditional Scottish fish and chip shop. It’s the best fish supper I have had in decades. The batter was crispy and the fish excellent. The chips were great . There was a queue but it moved quickly. We had been going to eat by the side of the river but the food was so hot we managed to get back to our accommodation without it cooling down.

Chips are excellent, Service is brilliant. Could you maybe have more veggie/vegan options on the menu. Macaroni pie was a thumbs down I'm afraid. How about halloumi fritters or veggie haggis fritters? Simon Howie does these vegan white puddings that are DELICIOUS!! Prices are good and parking is never an issue. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
