I was looking forward to this promotion of Spicy and she ruined it. No kidding. I'm literally afraid to continue my order, so I ordered it back in the second window. MEGAN on the window was nice. I just couldn't get over Kayla.
I can't believe how bad our experience was. I had no one in the food industry so rude and for no reason! I would never recommend going to this place.
Fast, efficient, neat ordering stations, so you don't have to wait in one line to place your order, and one of the first McDonalds locations we had seen who installed the base to open doors free post-Covid. Also very clean. It was only once here, but nothing against coming back when we're ever back in this area.
I went in with my family. There was a sign on the door indicating that masks were available on request. We asked the man (I suppose he was the manager, but can't say it safely) at the front counter if he had any available, and he turned back to our group and gave us the silent treatment. He responded to our request or tells us that there are no masks. Instead, he went away and stared passively in the other direction. The other employees all seemed very unpleasant by his actions. I actually wore a mask so that he would have politely asked me to place the order for my group that I would have made happy. Instead, he showed the most cruel ways I saw in the entirety of this Kovid crisis when we should all come together to increase welfare. If this is the standard to which McDonald's employees are accounted, I will not eat there again. Hopefully, this dismal behavior is isolated in this one place and not reconciled with others.
Sometimes you've just got to have McDonald's. This is a good one
