We arrived at 2:20 p.m. With reservation. A table for 6. There were only two other tables in the restaurant. Well, the first dish was brought out after an hour and a half of waiting. Dishes that we had ordered did not come out because the waiter forgot to write them down. Several diners were left without eating because there was nothing left of what they had ordered, but it did not occur to the waiter to report it... Very bad service, almost an hour of waiting for a simple dinner, the people around were already beginning to leave out of desperation. Unwilling waiters, the only thing that stands out is the work of the boy with the ponytail who at least made an attempt to curb the despair. Terrible service with no desire to work or attend. Everything comes out late and with less than half the ingredients in the burgers. The food comes out cold and in poor condition. We ordered things that never arrived...it's crystal clear. never to repeat
