Feedback gevenMaverick has been such a great asset to our town. The food at the bonfire is great! However, Kayla Jones at the bonfire seems to always be rude when I?m there. I don?t usually say anything, but today is basically the last straw. I went in for my lunch, after I had paid for my salad I went back only to have her literally slam my salad on the counter and with an awful tone say ?have a good day.? I had to tell her that she could be a little nicer and she proceeded to say ?I SAID have a nice day?? as I walked away. Customer service is not for her if she?s continues to be this rude.
The facility was nice but the female at the counter was very rude to my daughter?s boyfriend who is from Hungary. And I mean extremely rude to the point of throwing her hands up and told her coworker he could help him. And he didn?t do anything but ask of the charge had gone thru!
Clean store, we?ll laid out. Friendly and helpful staff. Derek and Lance helped me to run my first Apple Pay as I forgot my wallet. Thanks guys!
Clean restroom and they have a small restaurant. Good food. Great customer service by the gentleman who works in the restaurant. Visited 7/24/2022.
I spent a week in Blanding on a buisness trip. I also am addicted to Diet Pepsi, which caused me to go to this Maverik regularly. I frequent lots of Maverik stores when I travel, but this one stood out. On one occasion I wanted to purchase my Diet Pepsi and a burrito. When I got to the checkout I realized I left my wallet in the hotel room several blocks away. The cashier was very understanding and compassionate when I told him the situation. He placed my stuff to the side so I could purchase it moment later when I returned. But here's the one that really impressed me... the following day this same employee dropped what he was doing (about 15 feet from the door) when he noticed me and another customer were about to walk out. He quickly walked to the door, pushed the door open for us, thanked us for our buisness, and wished us a good day. I didn't get this guy's name, but I identified him to the manager and told her about my experience. I hope he gets promoted because he rocked customer service. Very well done!
