Logis Hôtel De France - Blaye

Very disappointed... to flee! I chose to eat in this restaurant rather than another because, in my opinion, it represented Blaye's citadel and I expected a small meal higher than its competitors. That's great! 2 hours while waiting to have our dishes, half the menu was no longer available, any kitchen we had the impression of having the remains, and the dessert very certainly frozen immangeable to the spoon so the cake dough was difficult... To crown everything, no commercial gesture for any table (each complained of waiting times), a woman (long hairstyle) bad time, very unpleasant when cash and a absent boss! Nothing to say about the work of the servers that do their best to make people wait.

With a promising card and a price positioning on the top of the range for the region, we are quickly disappointed with dishes offered non-conforming to the map (short), a rather simple kitchen and especially an extremely long waiting time. 2h10 for two menus entered flat. to avoid all that the staff is not pleasant detached, and even arongante for one of them.

We were there for dinner. Input/plat/dessert formula at 30€ with the choice between two for each item. The price places the restaurant in the top range for the region. If the entrance and the dish hold their rank, everything collapses to the dessert: not in accordance with the description and especially sloppy. It's a shame because it's the last impression of the meal while the entrance and flat were frankly good.

A superb kitchen!!! A warm welcome and high service. A family restaurant that deserves to be known.

We had dinner for four people on October 17, 2022. A crust bar was cut to us. Unfortunately the server did not know at all to do it, it was returned to us in bulk on our plate with all its edges. Very bad the rest of the dinner was good. Service: 1
