Smashburger - Bld Notre Dame

The food is delicious but this location is very awkward!

Smash burger has the best sandwiches on campus. But the service has been lagging with this grubhub system. I always have to open my bag and make sure they gave me what I ordered. A month ago I ordered a Crispy Chicken with the works and all I got was a chicken filet in a bun, no lettuce, tomato, nothing. Another time I asked for ketchup and didn't get any.

Excellent place to eat on campus. In my own experience, the food items are delicious, and the customer service was quite good. Try out any of the burgers. They are definitely a good alternative instead of eating at the dining halls.

A worker closed off the line a few people after myself and said that we would be the last customers we waited in line for over a half hour expecting to get food but were turned down when it was our turn to order because they said it was closed at 7 o'clock the time was 7:02 we got in line at 6:32. Customer service was abysmal and gave me a negative look on the place.
