Feedback gevenSunday November 5th I went into coldstone with my family. The employee working (her name tag said leah) was very rude and unhelpful. She was impatient with my family's order, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. The other employee, I am unsure of her name, had both headphones in the entire time and ignored us, not making eye contact once. It took over 15 minutes to get 4 ice creams and my family felt completely unwelcome the entire time. Terrible experience we will NEVER be returning, if I could leave zero stars I would!
Personally doesn't even deserve 1 star I went in found out that an employee smokes her vape in the back her name is Maddie ,not only that I was just informed there's mold under the cold stone where they put your ice cream on ?? and flies in the vanilla ice cream. absolutely disgusting. They're serving this to your kids
Ordered 2 cakes a week in advance with all the specifics colors and such. Arrive and was told sorry we didn’t have the color for the lettering can we use this color instead? Why not call me ahead of time if there’s an issue to resolve rather than make me wait an additional 20 minutes to use the only color you have in stock. Problem two: why have options available to order online when in reality you don’t have them in stock or failed to reorder when supplies are low. Third there should be an expectation of quality in the writing and it looks like total garbage. One of the names was screwed up, blended in the white and rewritten. Absolutely poor customer service process.
I usually like this place.However, 2 out of the 3 workers were hanging over the side counter talking and laughing loudly with a group of kids. The group of kids was using foul language very loudly and all the kids, including 2 of the workers, were laughing and encouraging them. One of the workers even went and joined the group of kids at one of the tables. So, I give the 1 star to those 2 workers and their bad reflection on Cold Stone.However, I give 5 stars to the worker named Jazmyn, that's what was on her name tag, who was doing her job and trying to help customers nicely. She was working quickly, efficiently, and doing everything from taking orders, fixing the orders, and then charging for the orders. She was kind and did a good job of fixing my order to go. She put the ice cream in cups w lids so it wouldn't spill in the car and did the waffle cones separately so they wouldn't get soggy on the way home, see picture. Also, she made sure customers didn't wait too long.I will return to this Cold Stone because she did a great job and because she represented the business well.
Light ice cream half melted and price is outrageous. Threw it in the trash and will never go back there.
