Feedback gevenThe food was bland, and the service was unfriendly. There were not many precautions being taken regarding COVID-19. I visited half an hour before closing time, and an employee was shouting at a customer in the drive-thru, insisting they were closed. If the hours had changed, this should have been clearly posted, and the situation should have been handled more professionally.
They consistently get my order right and are extremely courteous. My dog wishes I would share my food!
The food has greatly improved and brings back the classic KFC flavors I enjoyed during my childhood. With a new manager and a team committed to revitalizing this iconic brand, the restaurant has truly become a place worth visiting again. I can't stress enough how remarkable the transformation has been and how significantly the food quality has enhanced.
I ordered over $40 worth of food for my family, but they forgot to include two entire side dishes. When I brought this to their attention, all they said was to come back the next day for a replacement. However, I don't want a replacement meal; you ruined our dinner that night because I didn't notice the missing items until I got home. What's more, there were no other customers at the time—I was the only one in the drive-thru, and the restaurant was empty.
This is definitely one of the better spots for fried chicken. As someone from Mississippi, it reminds me a lot of Southern Fried Chicken. However, the prices are quite high. Additionally, the staff can sometimes come across as a bit snooty and uptight towards customers.
