Best pizza in Bloemfontein. Its our Friday evening routine and I won't go anywhere else.

Very busy after 16h00 but still efficient friendly staff

Very disappointed in Roman's Pizza. Undercooked dough that was stuck to the bottom of the box. The worst thing is we ordered 10 pizzas and I asked if we can pick it up in little over an hour from when we ordered. When we arrived at the the time we had scheduled, the pizza was already cold, meaning they had sufficient time to at least cook the pizza properly. This is not the first time this had happened either, Romans, you will not see us again.

I am very disappointed in Roman's pizza Showgate. I called to order and could not hear a thing the worker said to me, after a few times of me asking her to repeat, she started yelling at me. So much so that I had to take the phone away from my ear, she was simply to loud! This is not the first time this has happened, the previous time I called and the same person answered, she sounded like she was getting annoyed and was very rude. This is very unprofessional and I think Roman's should not hire people with such bad manner. She should not be behind the counter and telephone if she cannot pronounce words properly and cannot control her temper. After this incident I had to order via the app which took longer than calling. Roman's please pay attention to who is taking the orders and if that persons can speak clearly. Hopefully next time we make use of your services we do not get treated so poorly! Or Debonairs it is...
