Feedback gevenAround 5:30 this evening, I went to the drive through to get 3 meals, 2 HFSundays and a blizzard. There was only one car behind us and nobody else inside. It took a while to get the food. They handed me my blizzard. It was overflowing and basically soup.Got all over my clothes and car. I went inside to get napkins because they didn't give any, and to ask for a bigger cup. He justlooked at me all bothered, gave me a cup, and turned around. I'm standing there pouring my blizzard into a larger cup. Ishouldn't be able to pour my blizzard like a regular drink. I wanted to flip it over on the counter, but I chose to clean up mymess and leave.
Very slow ! Took 15mins to get a strawberry shake at drive up window .and I watched a lady walk in and order and leave .PRETTY SAD ! LOST MY BUSINESS !
I went back. wow. the customer service in the window was good. I was told to pull up on the door and they'd get my food out. I gave up my mask from respect.
If I could give a zero star, I would! Our burgers have come cold so we have sent them back. I can only assume they were microwaves or something because.
Report to the door that they have FOUR employees with medical conditions that exclude them from wearing masks. seriously? well, I tried to give.
