We ordered a cake and the guy who works there didn't know how the cake looked. To shorten the king's history, he gave us the wrong cake. it was also a birthday cake, and the person for which the cake was not happy.

I told her three times that the cap is not properly closed and she always said I will fix it. what happened. it is unrespectful service

That vanilla latte cupcake was the BEST I’ve ever had! So moist and flavorful. I will def. be back and be referring others. Customer service was polite, helpful, and light-hearted, both over the phone and in person! Thanks again!
