Panera Bread - Bloomingdale

You had everything I was looking for—sandwich bread, salad dressing, and even pastries! Unfortunately, the employees and managers were unhelpful and acted as if my presence was a bother to them. After feeling neglected, I decided to try a different spot in Bloomingdale. This place exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I ordered takeout, and when my bag was ready, another employee carefully checked each item to ensure it was correct. I truly appreciate that level of attention. Every time I've visited Schaumburg, I've faced frustrations with orders, but I will definitely return to this Bloomingdale location when I'm craving Panera!

My husband and daughter believe this place is excellent for soup when they're feeling under the weather. We visited yesterday, and despite not feeling great ourselves, we tried the sandwich that received a five-star rating. We definitely plan to come back!

First time coming to this location, the service wasn't the greatest waited about 15minutes for a cup of soup just be patient as things are still not the norm. The soup is very good got the cream of chicken wild rice. Overall the food is good just the service needs to be a little better, understanding that everyone is suffering still from the pandemic and not having a full staff of workers. If your looking for good food come here, the price is above what you are getting due to the pandemic and food costs are going up so expect that. They have a nice variety of foods from soups to panini,and sandwiches and more.

Fast service and friendly employees. Very tasty creamy chicken soup. Steak and cheese sandwich was good but had mustard like sauce I didn't care for.
