The 98 Pounds Buffet is a fantastic Chinese buffet restaurant with a wide variety of options. The selection was extensive, featuring items like crayfish, crab legs, several types of shrimp, and a decent assortment of sushi. While the food was good, it didn't quite reach amazing levels; the sushi, in particular, fell short of expectations given the price. For over $20 for a weekend lunch buffet, I was hoping for a better quality experience. However, some dishes stood out with exceptional quality. The service was friendly, and the variety offered was impressive.

I've been visiting this restaurant for the past four years and I have never been let down! Even during the COVID pandemic, the place has maintained its cleanliness and the food is consistently excellent! They offer a wonderful buffet with a wide variety of options to satisfy any palate. Without a doubt, it's the best Chinese food in the Twin Cities area!

We enjoy visiting this restaurant, but during our most recent trip, there was a lack of food options available. The selection was quite limited, which was disappointing. I believe they should reduce their prices in situations like this. I ended up paying $10 for my daughter to have just two squares of jello and one serving of ice cream. Overall, under different circumstances, the buffet is quite good.
