Arby's - Bloomington

I requested the French dipping balls and even said "please." When I came to the window, I asked again, and the employee confirmed they would prepare them. The employee then went back to smoke, and another person informed me that I would have to wait for the French dips while they served customers behind me. After about 5 minutes, I finally received my order, only to find out that the balls weren't roasted as they should have been. Additionally, they weren't well done. The bratwurst was too thick, and the meat weighed only 3 ounces instead of the advertised 4 ounces. To top it off, the au jus tasted like rusty pipe water.

I’ve tried to order from this restaurant three times now, and each time I found them closed. The last occasion was on a Saturday at 4:10 PM. When I arrived, an employee came to the counter and informed me that they had closed at 4 PM.

Google Maps indicates that the Arby's on S Walnut St is open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 9 PM. However, when I visited at 8 PM, they were closed.

This place sucking lasted 15 minutes I asked 3 times after abbys sauce and still not getting, I took this personal I, I cried into the driver's seat of my car, tried to come and you locked me up what to the devil

This location has been consistent throughout the pandemic. Food as expected for any Arby's. Good service. Drive thru only for now.
