Caribou Coffee - Bloomington

Fast service, good selection, yummy food drinks! They have 3 types of mochas...white, milk, dark...plus various combinations of those 3. They have 1 vegetarian breakfast option (an amazing spinach mushroom mozzarella quiche) lots of meat options. Everything is pretty sweet....literally contains more sugar than average...which I love!

There are currently 4 Caribou locations in the Mall of America (with rumors of a 5th in the Transit Station opening in the future). Of the 4 this one is the most comfortable and cozy with less traffic than the others. The service is great and a perfect location within the MOA away from the hustle

Caribou has really won me over as my palate has shifted towards a preference for milder roasted espresso rather than darker blends. I’m consistently impressed by the quality at Caribou, but it’s important to provide clear instructions to new baristas if you have specific preferences for your drink. Recently, a barista at my local location allowed me to purchase the beans they use for their espresso drinks. To my knowledge, this isn’t something they usually offer, as I’ve been trying to buy Caribou’s specific espresso beans for years, and they’re typically not available for sale. I’m delighted to drop by for a Caribou espresso drink, and I’m especially excited that I can now recreate their espresso blend at home!

Jaylon is an outstanding employee. He is remarkably kind and highly efficient!

The staff should project their voices more when announcing names, and the service was somewhat slow. On the bright side, the coffee was outstanding!
