Caribou Coffee - Bloomington

I came to this caribou for a hot chocolate and was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it the most chocolate I have ever had in one of those drinks, but it was the perfect temperature. There were two baristas and one was training the other (I think) so it wasn’t super fast, but you have to wait for good drinks! I’ll definitely be back as caribou is great to sip on while shopping!

Caribou is a great coffee place... Just can't hear yourself think at the Mall of America.

Very different from the starbucks latte but it was good. I wouldn't switch for for a change of pace.

The person working the cashier on sunday september 11th was incredibly rude. I think she was the manager named Kelly. Then they proceeded to make my drink wrong so I kindly went back and asked them to re-make it for me. The other staff were nice, just not the manager. While waiting for them to re-make my drink, she was yelling at her workers because they weren 't doing enough labor . She should be written up, and possibly fired.

So I just got my mocha latte iced.. when I ordered it the girl rolls her eyes and huffs! Girl u ain’t even busy just do them a favor and quit u shouldn’t be in customer service in any way!!
