The prices were reasonable for a shop in the middle of town. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered to order a new product for me. Unfortunately, we don't live nearby, so we were just visiting. They no longer have a deli section, but they do have grab-and-go items and homemade hummus in the fridge. If you're in the area or passing through, I highly recommend stopping by to pick up some essentials.
I recently visited Common Ground and was pleasantly surprised to see a sign stating they have been in business since 1977. This longevity speaks to the quality of their products and services. I remember going there as a child in the 80s with my parents, but didn't realize it had been around for so long. Common Ground offers a diverse selection of organic and locally sourced produce, as well as other local products like soap, honey, and flours. I appreciate that they do not sell meat, and instead offer delicious vegan deli salads such as tempeh and tofu "egg" salad. While parking downtown can sometimes be challenging, Common Ground now has designated spots in the lot next to the building for their customers.
The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is friendly. The restaurant is smaller than I'm used to and a bit pricier, but they can't offer better prices due to their high order volume. Despite this, I still visit regularly for unique food items that aren't available at the usual grocery stores in the area.
The best place in the city for soy lure, dose lenses, tofu and other vegan clips. friendly staff. they have prefabricated packings for lunch that are all excellent. everything they do is amazing.
Common ground is a small paradies in this city. any vegan snack, meat, milk, cheese or frozen food that they can imagine is here or is likely available on request. cheesecake, worcestershire, bee-free honey, chocolate and caramels, and favorites around christmas like egg nog available. also have a self-care section with soap and toothpaste and so, many of them vegan and cruelty free. large part with spicy, spicy and tees. very friendly staff. they have a vegan / vegetarian buyer club on facebook they can sign up to get on new products and products. I think they have a small part specializing in fresh local products. my favorite shop in the opposite! small amount of dedicated parking space that is appreciated.
