Feedback gevenI have given this place three tries now at different times for different things and each time it is absolutely terrible. do not expect to get through the drive thru for twenty minutes after they order their food, the workers are not present mostly or fortunately not aware of basic customer service skills, and eating is magically cold until they get it. I'm going to judgefield now. Perhaps the management there is better so that the team is actually supported?
Tina the manager has excellent customer service skills. my man went there to get after 18:00 a clock of ice when the lobby was to be closed, he did not know that although the one door was open, first the employees did not want to serve him and gave him a dirty look. Luckily, when he spoke to the manager, she was nice enough to serve him as the door was open. in which she did the same with a family of four, vater and three children, who were riding. they made every day, and surely I will always mention that and recommend this place with the nice manager. thanks to tina for friendly, responsible and worthy trade of their customers. a constructive input, some employees are immature and need training in customer service. the person who made the burger sandwich added the burger salt when my man has high blood pressure among other heart problems. we only wish that they take their work seriously and follow the steps of their excellent managers tina.
After waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru, we were greeted by childish, unprofessional crew. From there I got addressed as 'bruh ' and 'my guy '. If that 's how employees are addressing customers, there needs to be a change of management and staff. The boy that serviced us at the window doing absolutely nothing and standing there with earphones hanging from his shirt. For him, we were definitely so far down his agenda while he was at work, that he could careless what was happening.We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for old food. We had ordered two regular fries and only received a half filled container with refried old fries. We also got a burger with old meat. It was dry and looked like leather. We also counted ten cars that drove off because they were moving so slowly. Since they were still open, I was going to walk in and just ask for a refund but they had locked the doors to the lobby long before closing hours. It wasn 't even worth having to sit and wait in the drive thru for a refund. Don 't waste your money and time here.

I'll drive up tothe Richfield one for now on. Perhaps the management is better there so the team is actually supported?
Lack of professionalism, no staff knew what they were doing would not make orders for food. We waited 30 min for a blizzard, I heard the staff say that they don't care that they were told to make a blizzard. It was completely disorganized.
