Dunkin' - Bloomington

I have been in my life with many dunkins and by far this is the biggest customer service experience. kait has totally gone out of her to make a command right! there is a reason why Dunkin’ was my favorite about the yrs and only confirms why America is running on Dunkin’! I thank you kait from me and my stepdaughter!

Stopped in for the first time since it was close to where i was at. It was 7:45 and there were maybe 8 or 9 selections. The glaze and the frosting looked like they were running out that day, as it was pretty thin. I usually go to Sonrise and will probably go back there. Their donuts are quite a bit better than what I had at dunkin. Probably the difference between a small local business and a regulated chain store.

No matter what you order they can't serve it.Want a breakfast sandwich Ummm you know what? Our oven is being cleaned right now Want a hot chocolate Ummm you know what? Our hot chocolate machine is broken right now Want donuts Ummm you know what? We're out of donuts right now"Truly a remarkable location

Coffee was great but i understand why the hash browns are only .99 cents … the picture doesn’t even show how drenched they are in grease and the grease tastes like it’s been sitting in the fryer for months. thankfully i don’t ever come here so i don’t plan to again due to the oil issue.you can always taste old oil , shame on management for allowing it to sit around forever and taste that stale disgusting.edited to add/ you can see the random food bits on food in the picture. so unappetizing

We stopped in for an early breakfast treat this morning. That's always the best time to go to ANY donut shop: soon after they open. You not only get the best selection but also...the donuts are extremely fresh. I know they likely make donuts all day long seeing as they are open into the early evening. There's just something about that early morning batch though. We always go inside to order...have never used the drive-thru. While service has always been just fine...they do kind of push you to order quickly to keep the line moving. I get it...not a big deal...just sometimes it takes a minute to figure out exactly what we want...and...how much. They offer a small dine-in area too...if you so choose to do so. I rarely get any coffee but...I did today. I tried an iced regular coffee...and...it was good. I did figure out I'm not much of an iced coffee person however. Haha! The donuts have never disappointed. They are the main draw afterall. I liked having my favorite donut shaped as a heart today...Valentine's month cuteness. We enjoy their donuts...and...will always stop at a Dunkin' when the mood strikes.
