Dunkin' - Bloomington

I visited this location and bought a coffee along with some breakfast items. When I requested a cup of water for my kids, they asked if it would be okay to charge me $1 for it. I responded, saying that wasn’t acceptable and that I wouldn’t pay $1 for a cup of water. Additionally, they never seem to have the seasonal donuts that my kids enjoy. The donuts I’ve tried have been hard and dry. Fortunately, the coffee is still good.

The donuts were old and stale, but the coffee was good. I ordered a dozen donuts along with my coffee, but I won't be returning.

I was in Bloomington today to pick up some items for work, and my wife was in the mood for a pumpkin-flavored coffee. We stopped at the drive-thru around 4:30 and placed our order. After pulling up to the window, we paid and added a small tip. The girl at the window was incredibly appreciative and thanked us warmly. Just a couple of minutes later, the barista came to the window with a big smile, handed my wife's drink to us, thanked us, and mentioned he had personally made it. We all had a good laugh, and we thanked him in return. My wife absolutely loved her drink and will definitely want to stop by this place the next time we’re in town.

For the second time in the last week, they made me totally the wrong drink. The first time I caught it since it was iced and I could see it was the wrong thing. Today my drink was hot so I didn?t notice until after I left since there was a long line. I amvery upset that I ended up paying for a drink I don?t like and didn?t order.

Update- 9/22/22- Went to Oakland location a bit ago to try again. Nope, same Indian lady working the window. I was barely able to get drink from her and she said bye and left my bag of food on the window sill of my car. Dunkin needs to fire this lady. Sheis rude as hell and cares more about getting you away from her window. 9/19/22: Still a hot mess. Freshly ordered/toastedsandwiches are mushy and gross. Manager is always rushing. You barely pull up to the window and your bag of food is being forcedat you before you can even stop. Both this and the new location on Greenbriar are horrible. The manager's at both have quite theattitude.
