Feedback gevenIt looks like a simple charmingly classic ice cream shop, but this is hands down, my favorite place in Bloomington. The owner makes creative and interesting new flavor combinations with quality ingredients. Even if you're just going to order your go-to flavor, at least try something different…always an adventure! I love the dark chocolate basil, green tea, Garden of Good and Evil (very vanilla , and especially the B-52 (Bailey's-inspired.
Hands down the best hand crafted ice cream around! Very kind and friendly service. Hartzell’s is the Willy Wonka of ice cream.
