Hilton Minneapolis/bloomington

Great hotel got us in on short notice as our other hotel cancelled our reservation.We got a lm affordable room for one night.Shuttle was very nice service.I would advise keeping an eye on the kids in the pool/spa/fitness areas as they were not always supervised.Not necessarily a hotel problem though.

Had a great stay; staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. It's great being able to get Starbucks at pretty much any time. The main hotel areas were very nice and well kept. If I had anything to complain about at all it would be that I didn't care for the pillows they use in the rooms, they weren't comfortable for me.

Very clean rooms, great staff and EXCELLENT service. We rented a block of rooms for a family wedding and couldn’t be happier. There was a lot off small situations that came up where we asked staff for help, out of the scope of their job description I’m sure. Everyone of them went above and beyond always with a smile. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely would stay here next time we are in Btown!

Old and run down, staff at my check in was rude, room was very dirty and unkempt such as door almost completely off the hinges, bathroom vent was completely filled with dust, underneath the lip of the toilet is completely black. No ice would come out of the ice machine. I would expect more from Hilton as I stay with them frequently as an honors member...

Ordered online and had to wait for 20+ minutes after the quoted time for pickup. They were not super busy at the time. Ordered the beans, Mac&cheese and brisket. Beans were spicy and good. The Mac&cheese was not what we ordered. It had lobster and truffle flavor which looks to be what the Chophouse had on their regular menu. I'm just glad I was not allergic to the lobster since it was small and I didn't realize what it was. The brisket was good. I wish I had gotten more since the 1/2 pound wasn't enough for 2 to eat.
