Kfc - Bloomington

The entrance to the parking lot is a hazard—be careful or you might damage your car. The main sign is missing, and there are weeds growing throughout the lot. When I went to get ice for my drink, I was greeted by a cloud of gnats that erupted from the tray; I had to blow them away just to fill my cup. My spicy chicken strips were sitting in a puddle of grease, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in days. I was torn between throwing my meal in the trash and trying to make the best of it due to being short on time. It's clear that the owners of this franchise don’t take care of this location. It hasn't been updated since the 90s, and it's unfortunate that complaints like this often go unheard. It seems like all KFCs have declined, and I think I’m done with them. The chicken still tastes great, but it’s not worth the risk of getting sick. If the front looks like this, I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like.

The driveway is in terrible condition. I was lucky enough to make it to the drive-thru without damaging my vehicle, but they don’t offer sandwiches or tenders?! So, no sandwich for me.

One star is actually being generous. They always mess up my order, and the food is never fresh. But today took the cake—I tried to place an order at 11:15 (just 45 minutes after they opened), and the person on the speaker told me they weren't open? This location seriously needs a complete overhaul.

Stop here quite often as the sandwich is better than any other fast food place in town. Always HOT and juicy. On the other hand, both the regular and crispy chicken have NO TASTE! BLAND!. I have had KFC in other towns and the chicken here is not, inmy opinion, KFC recipe. There is no hint or even taste of the secret recipe of herbs and spices KFC advertises. The staff Ihave encountered have been friendly and efficient. Now, I wish they would fix the grand canyon of a pothole in the entry drive.

Every time I've been here they always say they're out of crispy chicken when probably just to lazy to make more and always go elsewhere about done coming back. Update decided to try it once more and had everything out quick but people inside were veryrude and food made us sick. Not just to us but manager was rude to own employees don't expect much from this place no longercoming back
