Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I wanted to order the FAMILY FEAST and needed to confirm if I could pay with EBT over the phone since I couldn't do it online. I called to ask if I could come in and use EBT for the FAMILY FEAST. The employee informed me that they don't actually have a family feast, even though it was listed as one of the specials on their website. I apologized and decided to come in person instead. However, the tone and lack of willingness from the employee really dampened my experience. It felt like I was being a bother. I have an accent, and I hope that wasn't a factor in their attitude, but I think I’ll opt for Mama Bear or another restaurant instead. It would probably be better than risking another uncomfortable interaction.

The crust was very disappointing, and several toppings were missing, resulting in a bland flavor. I've attempted to reach out multiple times to both the local restaurant and headquarters after management promised a refund that I never received. Additionally, they firmly instructed me not to contact headquarters regarding these issues.

Incredible value! They offer a large, family-sized Bed York-style pizza that can be crisped up perfectly by placing it on the second-lowest rack in the oven. At just $9, it's an amazing deal. Don't hesitate to ask for extra sauce or additional toppings; they're always happy to accommodate. Plus, there's no tax (it's considered a grocery item) and no need to tip! It's both delicious and budget-friendly. By the way, it’s New York style due to its large size, thin crust, and the garlic spread added before the red sauce. While it may not quite match the pizza I've had in Manhattan, it's still an excellent choice.

They could use staff that actually show up to work , so one person isn't trying to help 5 all by himself

Worst service I have ever experienced. I told them 3 separate times light sauce, one girl said she had already made my pizza but she didn 't listen. I saw pizza and told her was too much sauce she lied to my face and said it 's just pushed out to the edges . I was not I had pizza soup when I got it home. I tipped these people almost 8$ which was well over 20%. Lesson learned don 't tip til you get it the way you ordered it.
