Starbucks - Bloomington

Don't go too long. waited over 30 minutes and ended with a refund. I understand that waiting, but 30 minutes and nothing? like what the point is to get coffee when I can do myself and not have to do with a slow line.

Service is always friendly and drinks are always on the point. the location is terrible, although people always drive into the parking the wrong way and block the road. they really need to move over the road through the gas station, where there is so much more space for a perfect parking space and traffic flow.

Yo it should not take 30 minutes to get a coffee. I worked at dieucks and that was never acceptable. drive them thru moved and caffe was not a priority. finally I got my drink and she made it icy. bad location ever

I worked on one of the top 5 busiest dieucks in the nation in chicago, finished 150 drinks in a 3 hours time frame. my name was not recorded for a drink that lasted almost 15-20 minutes until I came back. I had to go and come back to get it because it took so long. I and my associate have just talked about the same thema, with this same location today. to be a college city, and a hub for insurance, I would expect this location to be much faster. it is possible.

First of all, the staff is phenomenal, great demeanor, attentive and customer oriented. Great and convenient location, very convenient on the weekends which makes the waiting extremely long. It took over 18 minutes to get my latte ready.
