Sugar Factory Minnesota - Bloomington

I made reservations for 10pm at night, but had trouble finding the restaurant due to the large size of the Mall and being from out of town. Despite arriving late, the staff were kind enough to still accommodate us. It ended up being a special celebration for my son and sister's birthdays.

The food was good but a bit pricey, and the music could use improvement.

We sat at our table for 10 minutes without even being greeted by a server. It took a long time to get our food, which we only ordered appetizers. So we weren’t able to even like experience the desserts or anything like that it’s changed from sugar factory to a sugar factory express the menu is lacking. It was overall a waste of time.

The food was good, the experience was fun, but I asked for napkins three times and never even got them for our own waitress, she disappeared for a good thirty minutes if not longer before she came to check on us my son got the wrong food …. Definitely not work $225 service was poor not impressed at all:

Didn’t feel like the full experience that we get at freestanding sugar factories, but it was cute and we still enjoyed ourselves
