The staff at this restaurant is always amazing and friendly. I highly recommend it and it is definitely worth every penny!

This week, when we ordered, there was an issue with the food. One of the meals was missing, so I called to inquire about it. The staff member I spoke to apologized and explained that they had forgotten to give the meal to the driver. I asked if they could deliver it, and he advised me to speak to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, who seemed puzzled by my claim that the meal was missing. I insisted that they prepare a new meal and deliver it to us. The manager stated that they did not have any available drivers and suggested that I pick up the meal myself. I refused, as it was not my responsibility to retrieve the forgotten food, especially since delivery was requested for a reason. The manager then offered a refund, which was appreciated, but it left one of my employees without their lunch. After informing the manager that one of my employees needed to take a break and eat, they advised me to reorder and promised a refund. However, there was no refund issued, and I was not provided with any updates. This lack of communication was disappointing.

On Saturday, June 26th, at 2 o'clock, I stopped at a table for a banana strawberry smoothie. I sat on a wooden stool with my feet on a stainless steel table, playing on my phone. The server came over to take my order and then continued to pick up a mixer. I had to ask him to wash his hands. We all know where their phones have been. Why on earth should I or any other customer eat or drink from a place with such little respect for food safety? By the way, I ended up throwing out the drink because I couldn't see him while he was making it.

My mango, orange, and strawberry drink probably didn't have any of those in it. tasted like leaves with a hint of mango

When people complain about the sugars but doesn't realize fruit have carbs which is also sugar? It's not like 60 carbs 60 sugars means 120. It's not like it's starbucks syrup sugar.
