Chick-fil-a - Bloomington/Normal

Always fast, friendly service! I had my dog with us for our last visit, and they surprised us with a treat for her. The little special things they do make me believe they value their customers, and seem to treat staff pretty good as well.

One of the not as great Chick-Fil-A's. As expected the food is great but how this location is run is mehhhh. Often if it's busy they mess up the sauces, if it's slow they get it right, but at dinner time it's always busy. I recently moved to Bloomington/Normal and where I used to live we had multiple Chick-Fil-A's and I would always get gifted treats, at least 1 a month, here I've never gotten a single gifted treat in 5 months. I used my points for a bacon and grilled sandwich and asked for a 30 nuggets grilled and drove away with fried nuggets and no sandwich and less points. I was just passing thru so i cant go back..

The staff is always kind, but I feel like they could set up the drive-through a little better because people do not pay attention when they are in this drive-through.

The service, cleanliness, and food is better than most burger joints.
