I won't be returning. It took an hour for us to be seated, and another hour to receive our food. After taking just two bites, I found the steak to be cold and completely lacking in flavor. The manager didn’t even come over to apologize, which was infuriating. I ended up putting the uneaten steak in a box and leaving. My wife never received her Brussels sprouts either. Overall, a disappointing dinner experience.

We stopped while staying at a local hotel in Blowing Rock. The service and food were what we have come to expect from Outback but the atmosphere was lacking because the location was very dated and was dark and seemed dirty.. We were told it is under new management, and I would think this would be a priority. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Bruin is the best server ever! She told me about how her sister had a baby and she took it over after she passed away and the baby lost all its legs and arms and now its just a stump but she takes care of it with wife chase and... and its growing and its fairly happy... and its difficult because shes working a second shift at the factory to put food on the table but all the love that she see in that little guy's face it makes it worth it in the end. True story. Jack was also good.
