Rowland's - BLOWING ROCK

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant yesterday with Rowland. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fantastic. It’s a bit pricey, but you definitely get your money’s worth!

Absolutely fantastic! We recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely restaurant on two occasions. The food, ambiance, and service were all outstanding. We could not have been happier with both our dinner and breakfast experiences. The meals at Rowlands were truly the highlight of our trip.

Rowlands Restaurant at Westglow Resort and Spa is one of these special places with great food, friendly staff, luxurious decor and magnificent views. Sun Porch tables are set with beautiful chargers and a number of salts. We kept our own salt taste test while waiting for our drinks. When drinks arrived, we asked our server if she knew about the salts and their credit, she explained every type and beat food for everyone. The setting at Westglow is perfect. Go just before sunset so you can enjoy the full, mountain range sunset from the porch and the after glow. The food is excellent, on par with what you would anticipate from a Relais and Chateaux.
