Our waitress, Sara, was fantastic and really knew how to treat customers. I ordered the medallions and shrimp, both of which were cooked to perfection. I would definitely come back here and recommend both the restaurant and the hotel to fellow travelers.
I frequently dine at Blu! The food is consistently excellent, and the drinks and atmosphere are enjoyable.
The chef should win the James Beard Award. There.
