They were short-staffed this morning and even while things took a bit longer than normal, everyone there kept their composure and stayed professional. The quality of the food and drinks was not diminished. Genuinely a 10/10 starbucks. I cannot stress that enough.
Busy morning but great service..outdoor and indoor space for seating.
5 Stars for this crew! They go above and beyond. No doubt the heart of Blue Ash. I truly appreciate all of you and your pristine establishment!
Gosh, I wish I had photos. I work all over town so I stop at a lot of Starbucks. This one deserves HUGE recognition. We walked in Yesterday, one barista was at lunch but dancing in her chair and set of the most positive experience ever. Everyone was so nice. I bought a French press, after not being to find one. We couldn't find the price but the awesome barista behind the register just rang me up on my sbx account, and she saved the purchase. The most personable service EVER. We'll be back!
