It smells like Poop all the time. Something has to be done for that! Not sure if it was just something we were here, but it really ruined the experience.
I took myself to breakfast last Sunday and had a pleasant experience at dinner in the counter with my waitress Rachel, who was attentive, committed and helpful. I wanted something simple: only scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, crispy houseries and rye toast, and it was all great and cheap. In addition, although not on their expansive coffee menu, Rachel has me a fabulous decaf mocha hot coffee with just hot cocoa mix, cream and coffee. My breakfast was great, my Mocha coffee was excellent, and Rachel is a jewel. I'm not a fan of national chain restaurants and was a little hesitant, based on some of these reviews, but I'm glad I gave the place a try. Not the mother and pop diner experience I prefer, but still very nice.
Served coffee without spoon that was burned Order eggs Benedict with morning potatoes The eggs were cold and the potatoes were rocking. French toast was really good. My smoothie slept when he came to my table. Wait 20 minutes for a check. Updated on 2 stars: We received some vouchers for meals that were beautiful. We went back and although this experience was better, this restaurant is not for us. The food was still dirty and simply not well combined. Hot items over cold items. Eggs Benedikt has undergone the extremely running clear proteins. I could suggest not cold tomatoes and ham under hot eggs... it is extremely strange sensation in the mouth and not pleasant. I'm sure some things are good here, but it's just not for us. But the staff is incredibly nice and I am sure they will improve.
We waited about an hour to get a table but it was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious and our server was excellent. I was over the moon for the flight of juices, the morning after having enjoyed flights of wine and ciders for a bachelorette party!
I?ve been to this Turning Point as well as the one in North Wales. Both are consistently delicious. There?s good reason you might find yourself on a long waitlist if you choose to go at the most popular brunch times and for brunch occasions like Mother?s Day, etc.: It?s an all-around comfortable, fresh and tasty breakfast/brunch experience. The coffee is also exceptional. It?s clear from the coffee and food the staff know what they?re doing and take care to use fresh, high quality ingredients for everything. Always friendly, always a bright and relaxing environment, and always an inspired and varied menu that should easily satisfy many different diets.
