Honeycomb Coffee - Blue Lake

Never had a better cup of coffee anywhere in my whole life, definitely worth going early for a baked treats when there's a good supply!

Honeycomb Coffee is the heart of Blue Lake for me. The cookies and muffins are fresh baked and delicious, and the coffee is always better than I can make at home. It is literally a sweet shop and special place. And that it is run by a family that lives downtown is great. Where I moved from in 2020 there were Starbucks all over the place pushing out little coffee shops one by one. This little shop is a big part of what I love about my new home town. Keiko is honestly a gem, and I love her so much. I go to this shop once a week at least (my roommates and I dub it Honeycomb Tuesdays, best day of the week). Best coffee in Humboldt County, best coffee I’ve had in forever. Baked goods are always a hit. I don’t know where I’d be without this shop!
