The bartenders were badly dressed for a casino bar. Very unprofessional attitude too. This happened Friday night. Band was OK, but extremely loud. It's hard to talk to me.
Great hot wings, chicken strips and fries, fast service, amazing servers! Drinks are usually fast as well. Cool little spot, live music most weeks karaoke,
Way overpriced alcoholic beverages. Bartenders who don't know how to make basic drinks. Food that does not taste as good as is should for how much it costs. Rude, uptight workers. Machines that don't pay off. Also, I've had two jackets stolen right off my chair while I was dancing and nothing was done about it either time. If I have to go there for any reason, I don't wear a jacket and my purse is always on my person.
Went to Wave Lounge tonight in advance of the Whitney Cummings show. I placed a simple order with a purple haired bartender and she huffed, puffed, and rolled her eyes as though I was asking her to perform brain surgery. Seems to be a theme in the casino. My husband witnessed an older lady asking an employee (a female custodian) how to use the change machine. That employee huffed and rolled her eyes too, before begrudgingly helping the lady. Not sure what's going on with Blue Lake Casino employees but these two at least need attitude adjustments. Or maybe jobs where they're not dealing with the public.
Worst bar experience ever. Ordered a martini and it wasn't even digestible. Next time I went there I ordered a whiskey sour and it was a premixed sweet and sour drink. Couldn't even drink that one as well. The bartenders were poorly dressed for a casino bar. Very unprofessional attitude as well. This happened on Friday nights. Band was OK but extremely loud. Hard to talk to person next to me.
