Lack consistency in the quality of food. The fish is not catfish more like fried swai fish. The fish is not meaty at all so don't bother ordering that. It's hard and chewy. I truly don't think they believe in themselves as a small business. If they did the quality of service and food wouldn't be lacking.

Not professional all. They never answer their CELL PHONE. Yes CELL they don't have a business phone. Fries extremely greasy. Menu lacks diversity.

This is the third attempt I've made to place an order the blue mound location. For some reason the hours of Operations don't correspond with the hours they actually operate. I've ordered from here before and the food was delicious. However I'm very big on customer service and quality. You have to earn MY money. I live deep in Keller and I go out of my way to come here but I guess I'll have to go out of my way to go elsewhere.

The food is great , staff is very friendly but they seems short on staff! I Called to place an order and im guessing there’s only one person working in the store, I waited almost an hour for someone to arrive after being told it would only be about 25 min! The store was locked and nobody was in there I was told I would get a call when somebody was on their way! Unfortunately after waiting and not getting an answer after calling back, I left! I live about 25 min away so it’s not just a hop skip jump away! Maybe next time!
