Blue Ridge Brewery

We had a very pleasant culinary experience at Blue Ridge Brewery. Blue Ridge Brewery offers an upscale atmosphere with a variety of things to eat and drink from the menu. But don't let the brewery kill you. This is not your typical beer and hot dog joint. The menu is eclectic and even a bit sophisticated. Blue Ridge Brewery has a variety of beers both on tap and filled. I decided to have some locals, I went for their Belgian trip and wantedless to say it was NOT disappointed. My wife had the Tank 7 Farm House Ale (Saisson) that she wasn't crazy, but I enjoyed (after all that ends my wife's drinks when she doesn't like her, is one of my many tasks as a man). We also tried the Sergeevna Stout and while I really enjoyed it, my wife didn't like it enough to order it. I guess I'll have to try this next time. Anyway, I find it hard to believe that there is a beer on tap that we would be disappointed with, based on what we tried. I will say that I was amazed, how many different craft beers Blue Ridge Brewery does not have to offer many places carrying a Trappist Ale, for example. We had our two teenagers with us and we all ordered burgers. The meat was delicious and very tasteful. Unfortunately, the Blue Ridge Brewery is so uplifted that with its burgers, which was kind of a bummer for us, they don't offer as easy as French fries. After we said that, we ordered all sides of roasted potatoes that were excellent, like the salads we had. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. You can sit at the bar when you choose (no children under 21, sorry) and there are both indoor and outdoor seats. Since it was a beautiful day out, we sat outside and had a great time. I can imagine a band or an acoustic guitar player appearing on a Friday that would make the food even better. The lower line is that if you are looking for a good beer and a good burger, do not let this place go up. We hope to be back in town next time.

Good local beer served with decent local dishes. The ambience is quite cool with beautiful music. You have a TV with all local beers and outdoor seats for when it is warm. Service was nice and friendly. Would come back.

One of our favorites in Blue Ridge!! Nice menu both food and beer. Unique and comfortable atmosphere. We always have a great time when we visit the brew. Saturday night, they had live entertainment that I would plan to go. All about a great place. Also the owners met and had dinner at black sheep in the night before. We couldn't have had a better birthday dinner with my fiancée and family!!

An update. Nice! I'm glad to announce that Blue Ridge Brewery found it again. A varied bar staff, a man now, possibly a LGTBQ and maybe soon a person of color. I love this place. I just couldn't stand the previous inattentiveness. Let's see how it is. 5 statistics for today! For an age, that was my favorite place north of Atlanta. I hope the improvements will continue. I will still be my non-flaking review below for a while to ensure that improvements are lasting. This is my last visit here. If you are looking for service, avoid this place. I never give negative reviews and that's my first. This place is the definition of Absent Owner. Staff go out their way to ensure that their personal Starbucks coffee is not cold, while customers at the bar counter force to sit and watch how they talk and gossip all those while ignore the customers are waiting for everything that resembles service. Hey, I'm 5 meters away and look at you. They're leaving the way to ignore you. Even a Hello would be appreciated. No, they go around and drink coffee and know they ignore you. If you're looking for the definition of ridiculous, come here. I will leave my previous reviews below. It was okay. There are many other options in Blue Ridge, please look around, your money is wasted here. All right, beginning of 2013. Originally the service and atmosphere, where brilliant. The place took a great setback in service. I'm continuing to visit and hope for an improvement. Today July 15 2017 service seems back. Quick and friendly. I will continue to review them to ensure. A strange thing is the appearance of impregnating male servers at the bar. Sexism should be seen down in some way. So, hey thrown into a man for your 100% female bar staff. Also use the bar to have a pleasant feeling. The addition of the TV-size menu screens is annoying and unnecessary. .

Their Hopapotamus IPA was amazing! Only wished they bottle, canned or sold growlers! Other than that, a recommended place to stop in for a bite and a cold pint!
