China One - Blue Springs

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! The crackling Rangoons were creamy, perfectly golden brown and crunchy, with a filling that had a delightful sweetness—truly phenomenal. The wonton egg drop soup was perfectly seasoned, and the meat in the Cantonese dish had an incredible flavor. As for the roasted pork lo mein, the pork was cooked to perfection—super tender—and the noodles weren't thick or sticky; they were tossed in a fantastic sauce bursting with flavor. Finding a good lo mein can be a challenge, so I was really pleased with this one. The cashew chicken was similar to others I've had, but definitely a notch above the rest. I would rate this place 10/10 and highly recommend it. This has honestly become my new favorite spot for Chinese food!

This is probably the best soup I've ever tasted. The staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious! If you're looking for takeout that's fresh, affordable, and reliable, you've found your new favorite place!

They serve quite good Chinese food and are definitely one of the top Chinese restaurants in Blue Springs.

We absolutely love the food from China One in Blue Springs, as well as the family. Everything is fresh, tasty cooked and ready in the time frame they tell you. We made a great order for our family Christmas Eve. I should know to check the order before they go, BUT they were sure that everything in the box is ready to go. Thanks to the staff that everything was together. You are all amazing!

Good food. Everything was cooked fresh so took a little longer. The place is take out oriented but they do have a few tables for dining in. They appear to only use disposable plates and silverware. I do recommend this restaurant but calling in your order is recommended. If you want it spicy just ask.
