Mcdonald's - Blue Springs

I was in line trying to order at 10:56 and they refused to answer me while I tried to order. I typically don't go to any food place this close to quitting time but I was kind of desperate. it's is very frustrating when the hours are till 11:00pm but orders are not fulfilled by then. Either change your hours or do your job correctly.

I requested extra onions, but only received one. Did I do something to offend you?

This McDonald's is the worst one to visit. They made me wait 45 minutes for a small order of fries, their communication is poor, and the food is always unsatisfactory.

I personally feel that McDonald's has not kept up with their competitors in terms of product improvement. Their beef patties seem bland and generic, making it hard to stand out among today's fast food choices.

The McDonald's ice cream machine works 96% of the time, which is impressive. I don't visit McDonald's often, but every Friday after work I treat myself to a cone there. The staff is always very friendly, the ice cream machine works, and the cones are delicious.
